The Room Recovery Test is a test that simulates the particle contamination levels in a cleanroom, and measures the time required to return to the specified clean level. This test involves the generation of particles to exceed the specified clean level, followed by monitoring the time required for the cleanroom to return to the specified clean level. The test is performed in accordance with standards such as ISO 14644-3:2005(E), NEBB (2009-Third Edition), PIC/s PE 009-15 (Annexes).
